Chef's Notes: Mildly spiced curry with sweet potato, chickpea, onion, pepper and fresh coriander, served with steamed rice

Cooking Instructions: For best results oven cook. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Leave the lid on and place tray in the oven to cook for 20 – 25 minutes or until the food is piping hot.
